Images, video, testimonials
Eleven blocks for putting a photo, a video and proof on a screen: testimonials, a rating, badges, a "before and after" pair.
They sit on the "Blocks" tab, in the "Media" and "Media & social proof" groups, and go both into a quiz and onto a paywall. Block settings open in the right panel when the block is selected. "Block background", inner padding and the distance to neighbouring blocks are in the same panel for every block and are not repeated below.
Image
One photo, full width or in a set frame. Use it for a product photo, a view of the app screen or the cover of a step. Settings: the picture (by link, as a file from your computer, from "Your media hub", the shared picture library, or as an AI image for credits); the height or proportions of the frame and the visible part of the photo; alignment; "Caption pill on the photo". Does not: show several photos in a row; that is what "Gallery" is for.
"Caption pill on the photo" is a short caption in an oval chip over the photo.
HTML
Your own markup placed on the screen. Use it when the palette lacks the block you need and you know how to write markup. Settings: one field with the markup. Does not: embed third-party content; on save, scripts, embedded windows of other sites (iframe), video, forms and input fields are cut from the markup without warning, and the rest of the markup stays. A counter, a widget or a subscription form cannot go here.
Ad network pixels are connected in the Ad networks section; the product does not support other counters or third-party widgets.
Video
A YouTube or Vimeo video by link. Use it to show the product or for a message from the founder. Settings: the link, "Start" (on click or as soon as the screen appears), "Sound", seeking. Does not: accept your own file.
Links of the form youtube.com/watch?v=…, youtu.be/… and vimeo.com/ with a video number work. For YouTube Shorts and other addresses, the block shows a black box instead of the player.
A new block plays the video without sound and without controls, so the viewer has no way to turn the sound on. For a video with speech, choose "Sound: With sound" and "Start: On click". In the editor the video does not play at all; check it in the funnel preview.
Testimonials
Cards one under another: italic text in quotes, with a name and stars under it. Use it when the proof is people's words rather than a number. Settings: for each testimonial, a name, text and "Score (1-5)"; a shared card frame, text colour and size. Does not: have author photos or a carousel, and a testimonial without stars cannot be built: a cleared score becomes a five again.
Feature chips
A grid of tiles, "icon and a short caption". Use it to answer "what's included" instead of a grid of columns. Settings: up to 12 chips, each with a caption, an emoji or your own icon, background and text; "Chips per row" from 1 to 3; "Chip background density", the opacity of the background; a frame. Does not: adapt to the theme; by default the chips are dark with white text, on a light screen too.
Review rating
A large number with a row of stars and a "Based on N reviews" line under it, all centred. Use it when the rating is the main proof on the screen and is worth the space. Settings: "Rating (0–5)", "Number of reviews", your own caption under the stars, colour and size of the number and the caption. Does not: draw half stars; a rating of 4.5 is drawn as five whole ones.
Rating chip (social proof)
The same idea in one line: a star, a score such as "4.8 out of 5" and an audience caption after a bar. Use it when proof is needed above the title and a large number would eat the first screen. Settings: "Rating", "Scale maximum" from 5 to 10, "Audience caption", alignment, colour and size of the score and the caption. Does not: show at all without a score.
If you clear "Rating", the field keeps 4.8, but the chip does not appear in the editor or for the visitor. Enter the number again.
Trust badges
A row of logos: SSL, Norton, McAfee, Visa, Mastercard, BBB, PayPal. Use it next to the payment button to ease the fear of entering a card. Settings: "Badges" (any of the seven), "Badge size (px)", alignment. Does not: take your own logo; the list is closed.
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are also shown by the "Payment system banners" block on a paywall. If you add both, the logos appear in two rows.
Guarantee badge
A chip with an icon and a sentence about a money-back guarantee. Use it when the refund promise deserves to be taken out of the fine print of the terms. Settings: "Icon (emoji)", text, "Border colour", "Element fill", text colour and size. Does not: turn refunds on or count a period; it is a caption.
Before / After
Two photos side by side, each with a caption above it: "BEFORE" and "AFTER" in the funnel language by default. Use it when the result is visible to the eye: figure, skin, a tidy room. Settings: the captions, their colour and size; photos by link, from "Your media hub" or with the "Regenerate “before”" and "Regenerate “after”" buttons. Does not: have a draggable slider; the photos stand still side by side.
A file cannot be uploaded straight into the block. Upload it in the "Image" block with the "Upload from computer" button: it appears in "Your media hub".
Gallery
A grid of photos, three per row, each cropped to a square. Use it when there are several photos and none is the main one. Settings: "Images", one link per line, with a new line added by the "Add image" button; alignment. Does not: have captions, and photos do not enlarge on tap.
The gallery has no upload and no media hub. Upload the photo in the "Image" block, copy the address from its "Image URL" field and paste it here. The visitor sees an empty gallery as a grey "No images" box.
