Navigation and screens
Nine blocks that lead the visitor through the steps, send them out and mark the end of the path, plus the cover that the AI places.
Three blocks can take a person further, and they are the ones most often confused:
| Where to | With what | How it leaves |
|---|---|---|
| to the next screen of the same funnel | Next button | on tap |
| to a third-party site or an app store | Link button | on tap |
| the same, but without a tap | Redirect to URL | on its own, after a pause |
Next button
Opens the next screen of the funnel. Use it on every screen where the answer does not switch the screen by itself. Settings: the button text and the screen it leads to; by default, "Next screen in order". Does not: lead outside. If you chose a screen and then deleted it, the cabinet highlights the field with an error.
Link button
Leads to the given address on tap. Use it when the person must be sent to a third-party site, a third-party payment page or an app store. Settings: text, address, "Open in a new tab"; the address can carry campaign tags, click tags and question answers, as described under "Single choice" on the Quiz questions page. Does not: move through funnel screens. Leaving counts as finishing the quiz.
If the panel shows "App store by visitor platform (from the project settings)" instead of an address (this happens with a button the AI placed), the address is chosen automatically:
- from iOS the visitor goes to the App Store, from Android and from a computer to Google Play;
- the links are taken from "Project settings", the "General" tab, the "App Store URL (iOS)" and "Google Play URL (Android)" fields;
- if one link is filled in, everyone goes there; if both are empty, there is no button on the page.
The "Use my own address" button brings back the regular address field.
Redirect to URL
Leads to the given address on its own, without a tap, after a set pause. Use it on a farewell screen after which the person should go to your site. Settings: the address, a delay from 0 to 60 seconds (3 by default), showing the address in the preview. Does not: fire in the editor; a placeholder stands there.
You can check the transition with the "Check the redirect" button in the block panel: it opens the address in a new tab.
Result screen
A large heading such as "Your result is ready". Use it on the last screen of the quiz, especially if "Logic" has a "Go to a result" rule: it leads to the first screen with this block, and without one to the last screen of the funnel. Settings: the heading text, its size, colour and font. Does not: show answers or calculate a total; it is a heading, not a report.
Cookie consent
An "Accept / Decline" banner. The decision is remembered and opens or closes data collection and emails. Use it when consent should be asked with your own text and in your own place. Settings: the text, the captions of both buttons, the policy address, the position (at the bottom of the page or as a modal window).
Does not: filter by country on its own. It is shown to the same people as the built-in cookie banner that the funnel shows by itself: visitors from Europe and those whose country could not be detected, until their decision is recorded.
For everyone else, consent is set automatically and they do not see the block. While the block is in the funnel, the built-in banner does not appear. How consent affects advertising: Ad networks and pixels.
Progress bar
A bar filled to the percentage you set. Use it on a paywall. Settings: one slider, a percentage from 0 to 100. Does not: count steps or calculate the percentage.
The block is not shown in a quiz: progress there is drawn by the screen header, which has no switch in the editor, and styles without a bar in the header do not show the block either. The bar in the quiz header can be hidden only by choosing a style: Appearance: theme and style.
Spinner
A rotating ring with a caption under it. Use it when you need a sign of waiting without a script. Settings: the caption (empty means no caption) and two ring colours. Does not: take the visitor anywhere; it spins while the screen is open. The screen is changed by a button or a "Logic" rule.
Loading / processing
Steps with check marks that pass one by one over the time you set; along the way, trust lines and question popups are shown. Use it as an "analysing your answers" pause before the paywall. Settings: the heading, steps and their duration, trust lines, questions, "Auto-advance after loading", the look of the question window. Does not: calculate anything; you set the step duration yourself.
Chart
A still picture of two kinds: "Progress to the goal", a rising curve, and "Comparison (before/after)", two bars. Use it when you need a growth metaphor next to the text. Settings: the type, heading, captions and values of the start and the goal, accent colour. Does not: change the curve; it always has the same shape, and the numbers under it are only captions. The numbers set the bar length only in the second kind.
The "hero" cover
A large plate: a background picture with a heading, a subheading and a button over it. The palette has no such block: the AI places it when it builds a funnel, and on the "Layers" tab on the left it is labelled hero. It is edited like a regular block.
Settings: heading, subheading, "Background image" (by link, as a file from your computer or with the "Regenerate the image" button; "Remove the image" leaves the plate without a photo), "Button text", "Text alignment". Does not: let you choose a target screen; a tap on the cover leads on the same way as a "Next button" with no screen chosen, and without button text it leads nowhere.
