Organization
You will learn what the organization sections show, how to switch between projects and organizations and when to create a new one — about five minutes.
Switch to organization mode and back to a project
Click the project name at the top left and choose “Entire organization” at the bottom of the list. The “Dashboard” opens, and the left menu shows the organization sections: “Dashboard”, “Projects”, “Balance & plan”, “Domains”, “Audit”.
To go back, click “Entire organization” at the top left and pick a project from the list.
The organization sections are open to its owner and admins. Someone invited only to a project sees less — the last section of this page covers that.
Organization menu sections
“Dashboard”: summary across all projects
It has the same metrics as Funnel analytics, but across all projects of the organization at once, plus a table broken down by project. Clicking a table row opens the project.
Test payments are not counted until “Show test payments” is checked.
Part of the summary is empty at this level for now: the “Total LTV” and “Retention” tiles always show “—”, and the “Quizzes”, “Paywalls” and “A/B tests” filters are inactive — they are grey. Look at these slices in the “Analytics” of the project you need.
“Projects”: project list
“Open” and “Settings” switch the cabinet to the project in the row: the first button leads to its sections, the second to its “Settings”. For “Delete”, see the Project and team page.
The “Domains” column in this table is always empty for now. See project domains in the “Domains” section.
“Balance & plan”
The organization's plan and wallet, shared by all its projects. How to subscribe to a plan and where credits come from — Plan and limits.
“Domains”
All domains of the organization, including those not assigned to any project. Here you buy them in reserve, assign them to projects and disconnect them — Domains: bind, unbind, renew.
“Audit”
The “who changed what” log of the organization — admins, invites, projects — and the visitor path from an ad click to the app — Audit.
The “Organization” tab in personal settings
Click your name or email at the top right, then “Personal settings” → the “Organization” tab.
- The “Organization:” dropdown at the top of the tab picks whose settings are shown below. It does not switch the cabinet's working organization — the menu under your name does that.
- “General” — the organization name (only the owner changes it) and its deletion.
- “Team” — organization admins and their access to money (payment keys, refunds, subscription cancellations), ownership transfer and leaving the organization.
- The “Project team” card on the “Team” subtab. Pick a project in the list next to the heading — and invite people, change roles and remove members without switching the project at the top left. The owner and admin of the selected project can do this; others see the list only.
How to invite, assign roles, transfer ownership, leave the organization and delete it — on the Project and team page.
Several organizations
Each organization has its own plan, wallet, team and projects. If a second app can live on the same money and the same people, create another project, not an organization.
Switch between organizations
Click your name or email at the top right and pick an organization in the “Organizations” block — the cabinet switches to it.
Create another organization
- Click your name or email at the top right and in the “Organizations” block choose “Create a workspace” — that is what the cabinet calls a new organization.
- Enter a name and click “Create”.
The cabinet switches to the new organization at once. You are its owner, there are no other people or projects yet, and the plan is free — the creation dialog calls it FREE, and it allows one project.
The welcome grant and the Pro trial week are given once per account, not per organization. If you have already received them, the new organization will not get them.
If you were invited to one project only
After accepting an invite to a project of someone else's organization, you land in that project. The organization appears in the menu under your name labelled “Project member”, and your own organization stays there too.
In such an organization:
- you see only the projects you were invited to;
- in “Entire organization” mode the menu has one item — “Projects”. If you choose “Entire organization” in the project list, the cabinet opens the “Dashboard”, which you have no access to — go to “Projects”;
- the organization settings in personal settings are read-only;
- your role decides what you can do inside the project — see the roles table on the Project and team page.
Next
- Project and team — invite colleagues to the project and the organization, assign roles, transfer ownership.
- Plan and limits — what the organization plan gives and where credits come from.
- Audit — who changed what and where visitors drop off on the way to the app.
